1. Consultant, OpenText Business Process Management (BPM)


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consultant, OpenText BPM must be a professional who has an in-depth knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and supporting the OpenText BPM product suite to cater for various business function needs, e.g. Finance, Treasury, Production, HR, Legal and etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use the OpenText BPM and other BPM tools to design, develop, implement and support various customer-defined applications.
• Responsible for the successful technical delivery of all projects involved directly or with the support of the Project Management team.
• Perform technical project management for customers.
• Provide consultancy primarily on BPM architecture, design, development, administration, testing, implementation, and support of large to small scale BPM product implementations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the organisation and the customers.
• Prepare solutions & Bill Of Materials for Statement of Work proposals with guidance from Solution Architect and Project Manager.Involve in all phases of project implementation.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with five (5) years in support and development role of OpenText BPM suite.
• Proficient with Cordys BPM tool, Metastorm BPM v7, v9 including forms, scripting and workflow design, with implementation and maintenance experience in workflow systems.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in VB.Net/Java/C#.
• Preferably with knowledge of OpenText Assure and ICCM eServiceDesk.
• Experience supporting custom BPM solution.
• Experience with source code control, builds, deployment/code migration
• Experience working with SOAP and REST based services.
• Strong SQL Experience in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 and Oracle Database.
• Strong background in object oriented design, re-usable components and frameworks in .NET.
• Preferably with Developer Certification or OpenText BPM Developer Certification
• Knowledge in other products such as OpenText Provison, SAP, Content Server/eDocs, Documentum, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong command in English.
• Conceptual understanding and knowledge in SAP enterprise suite
• Customer-centric.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

2. Consultant, OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM)


JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consultant, OpenText ECM must be a professional who has an interest in how technology works in business processes in order to deliver world-class ECM solutions that enable clients to achieve high effectiveness in businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define requirements; design and analyse processes, data and information for projects.
• Validate business requirements and translate them into integrated designs and technical specifications.
• Develop and implementing business solutions to ensure end-to-end successful system and scenario testing prior to business users’ hand off.
• Develop complex solutions for OpenText Extended ECM that span across various organisations, geographies, and technologies.
• Facilitate conversations between multi-disciplinary teams such as Basis, Security, Network, Business Partners and project managers from clients.
• Provide accurate and timely project status updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain overall technical accountability for the successful delivery of the solution to the Project Manager and/or Business partner.
• Coach project team members and contribute to the development of project plans, task estimates and the resolution of defects and issues.
• Identify and communicate risks on project development and schedule.
• Adhere to client’s governance, project management methods, and tools/templates as appropriate.
• Assists sales and pre-sales teams throughout the sales cycle in advisory capacity.
• Provide advice on subject matter expertise to support software and service sales process teams.
• Participate in business development during client engagement to generate new opportunities.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with five (5) years in OpenText ECM solution design and implementation.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in Opentext xECM for SAP solution implementation.
• Knowledge of common business process for core SAP ERP modules (FI, MM, SD, PLM, CRM and/or HCM).
• Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle concepts and infrastructure project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills, including the ability to break down complex issues.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to provide solid judgment within scope and boundaries.
• Strong information and technical research gathering skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, manage own work activities, meet deadlines and develop project status and reporting
• Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum or other Lean Development methodologies and framework.
• OpenText Content Server and OScript development is a definite plus.
